Our services
Four categories. One installer.
Every surface below is quoted, installed, and serviced by the same crews — nothing subcontracted, nothing resold.
What we install
-
Residential Estate backyards, putting greens, pet runs and play areas. Everything picked per lot, never per catalog. 4 surfaces
See all residential surfaces →Most of what we install on the residential side ends up behind privacy walls — Royal Palm Yacht, Boca Bay, Bay Colony, Old Floresta. The brief is almost always the same: the lawn has to look like Bermuda in March, year round, with no sprinklers, no overseeding, no chinch bug treatment, and no patches where the dogs run.
That brief is harder than it sounds. A turf install that solves it in Wellington won’t survive an oceanfront install in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea — salt air, sand subgrade, and full sun rewrite the spec sheet. We pick yarn density, pile height, and infill per site, never per catalog.
Four residential surfaces, each engineered against a different failure mode:
- Backyards — large open lawns where the visual standard is “indistinguishable from sod.”
- Putting greens — tournament-speed roll, contoured pads, ball-stop edges.
- Pet turf — pet-safe infill, anti-microbial backing, slope drainage.
- Play areas — IPEMA fall-rated foam pad systems for swing sets and treehouses.
Eighteen years in, the same crews still measure every site. We don’t subcontract installation — the team that quotes you is the team you’ll see on the property.

Commercial Hospitality, multi-family and retail grounds that read opening-day sharp — every day, without an irrigation contract. 3 surfaces
See all commercial surfaces →Commercial work has a different brief than residential. The property manager wants a surface that survives a thousand pairs of feet a week, photographs well in the marketing collateral, and never asks for an irrigation budget line again.
We install at three commercial scales:
- Hospitality — boutique hotels, resort pool decks, event lawns where the install has to handle banquet chairs on Saturday and pool floats on Sunday.
- Multi-family — courtyards, dog runs, rooftop amenities at condo and apartment properties along the A1A corridor and West Boca.
- Retail and office — entry plazas, courtyard seating, sales-office mockup lawns where the brand standard is a clean rectangle of green at all times.
The differences from a residential install are in the spec, not the look. Commercial surfaces get higher face weight (60–70 oz/yd² vs. 40–50), denser stitch counts, and reinforced perimeter edging to take cart and chair traffic. Drainage is engineered to South Florida storm intensity — typical commercial pads handle 30+ inches per hour through the backing without ponding.
All commercial installs are turn-key. We coordinate with the GC, schedule around live operations, and run the install in phases when a property can’t close. Most jobs are done in three to seven days; the largest multi-family job we’ve delivered ran twelve.

Sports Soccer, tennis and padel, golf, school playgrounds — surfaces tuned to each sport's spec, drained for Florida storms. 4 surfaces
See all sports surfaces →Sports surfaces are the most specified work we do. Every system has a governing body — FIFA, ITF, FIP, USGA, IPEMA — and the install either passes inspection or it doesn’t. There’s no middle ground.
Four sports surfaces, each built to a different standard:
- Soccer — FIFA Quality or FIFA Quality Pro pitches, monofilament yarns, sand and rubber infill mixes calibrated for ball roll and player abrasion.
- Tennis & padel — ITF and FIP-certified courts, sand-filled short-pile systems, slip-resistant under hard South Florida sun.
- Playgrounds — IPEMA fall-rated turf-over-foam systems for K–12 schools, churches, and HOAs.
- Golf — practice greens, chipping areas, and full backyard putting installations with bent-grass-equivalent roll speeds.
The crews that build these are specialized. A FIFA pitch isn’t installed by the same team that does residential backyards — the seaming, infill grooming, and line marking are different trades. We bring the right crew per surface and we don’t cross-staff.
Most sports work is bid through GCs, athletic directors, or club boards. We handle warranty paperwork, manufacturer certification submittal, and post-install testing as part of the scope.

Maintenance Routine care and repairs — for turf we installed and for turf we didn't. 2 surfaces
See all maintenance surfaces →Turf doesn’t need water or mowing, but it isn’t zero-maintenance. Infill migrates, seams open at high-traffic edges, and pet zones need odor treatment more often than a backyard corner does. We service every install we’ve done under warranty, and we take on maintenance-only calls for turf other companies installed — we just inspect the base and drainage first, since a maintenance visit can’t fix a grading problem underneath.
Two maintenance surfaces, each with its own service interval:
- Routine care — infill top-up, deep brush grooming, and debris removal. Typically every 6 to 12 months depending on traffic and pets.
- Repairs — seam re-bonding, patch replacement after damage, and drainage clearing when a section starts holding water.
Maintenance visits are quoted per visit, based on square footage and turf age — call for a walkthrough rather than a phone estimate, since infill condition varies more than the calculator can see.
